Original inks too expensive? Fed up with faulty refill cartridges or cheap compatibles that can end up damaging your printer that could cost you more in the end? We supply a good qaulity European brand with most printers supported. HP, Epson, Lexmark, Canon etc…

What is a compatible cartridge? A compatible cartridge is a product that was not produced by the original manufacturer, but that is perfectly adapted. Similarly, when you buy an OEM CD burner, you can use CDs of a different brand in it. As in the majority of industries, there are many brands whose prices, experience and quality levels are variable. Armor intends to position itself as a genuine Professional alternative to manufacturer products. This will manifest itself first through products whose quality complies with the market’s most stringent standards and at a competitive price.

Compatible, recycled, remanufactured, what difference? The terms recycled and remanufactured refer to the same product: this is a cartridge that has already been used and that is restored to its operating condition, involving varying degrees of work upon the cartridge by the company performing this operation. A compatible product can be new (Armor Inkjet range excluding HP), or recycled (Armor Laser range). Compatible being the term that encompasses all products that are not produced by the printer manufacturer.

Can Armor compatible consumables damage the printers? False, each Armor consumable is designed and tested to adapt perfectly to the printers for which it has been designed. One of the central steps in the design of an Armor product is the creation of a pre-production run. This is a test involving a large number of samples used under actual operating conditions. This test guarantees the correct progress of the print cycle when using an Armor cartridge. In all cases, if it can be demonstrated by a qualified technician that the Armor cartridge is at the root of the problem, Armor substitutes itself for the guarantee by immediately and comprehensively covering all printer repairs or replacement.

My printer’s guarantee no longer applies if I use one of your consumables? False, this is an argument regularly used by manufacturers to restrict the use of compatible consumables. However, under no circumstances does the use of an Armor cartridge bring into doubt the validity of your printer’s guarantee. This statement is not compliant with the law in terms of competition. If your printer’s guarantee is turned down on the basis that you have used an Armor product, simply request the written justification of the reasons for this refusal and contact us. In all cases, if it can be demonstrated by a qualified technician that the Armor cartridge is at the root of the problem, Armor substitutes itself for the guarantee by immediately and comprehensively covering all printer repairs or replacement.

I would print less pages if I used an Armor consumable? False, the number of pages printed by an Armor cartridge is strictly equal to that announced by the manufacturer. This is an essential quality requirement, defined during the product’s design by Armor. Furthermore, we use the same standards for assessing the number of pages printed as all manufacturer brands.

I have already tried a compatible product and was not satisfied with the result! As is the case in all branches of industry, certain products emphasise the price at the expense of quality. Furthermore, the production and remanufacturing processes are increasingly complex (colour laser, on-board chips, pigmented ink, etc.). This implies requirements for research and a level of product technicality that not all companies are able to deliver in terms of production. The Armor products are designed and tested according to extremely stringent standards that offer you the guarantee of optimum quality of use. Zero fault is the stated goal for all of our products. Nevertheless, we provide our customers with an available and free Hotline dealing with any problems in a rapid and professional manner. Besides replacement, our priority is to analyse the faulty product in order to identify the source of the malfunction and to improve our manufacturing process accordingly.
